Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using BopsFlix (the "Service"), including our website, our Discord server, and our Discord bot, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the Service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to use Discord in your country, to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use the Service with the involvement of a parent or guardian. By using the Service you confirm you meet these requirements.
The Service
BopsFlix provides access to a private members' community and related content delivered through Discord. When you subscribe, our bot may add you to our Discord server and assign a members' ("VIP") role that unlocks member areas. Access is tied to an active, paid subscription.
Subscriptions & Payments
Certain features are available through a paid subscription. Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment provider, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us and Stripe to charge the applicable recurring fee to your payment method.
Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time through your account or billing management link, and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Refund Policy
Except where a refund is required by applicable law, all purchases are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds, partial refunds, or credits for unused subscription time. Where the law in your country gives you a statutory right to a refund or cancellation, those rights still apply and are not affected by this policy.
Discord Access & Our Bot
To grant access, our bot uses the permissions you approve when you connect your Discord account, so it can add you to our server and manage your members' role. You are responsible for connecting the correct Discord account at checkout.
Your members' access may be removed automatically if your subscription is cancelled, refunded, charged back, or expires, or if you breach these Terms.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service lawfully and in line with the Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. You must not:
- Share, resell, or redistribute member content or your access with others.
- Attempt to bypass payment, access controls, or account limits.
- Harass other members, or post unlawful, harmful, or abusive content.
- Disrupt, attack, or misuse the Service, the server, or the bot.
Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or permanently terminate your access, without notice, if you misuse the Service or breach these Terms. Termination for breach does not entitle you to a refund.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BopsFlix and its owners, operators, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes take effect when we post the updated version here, and your continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
